Centrifugal Sifters CFS

At VAAPRO, we design and manufacture centrifugal sifters specifically engineered for the efficient separation of dry powders and bulk solids. Also known as rotary sifters or turbo sieves, these machines utilize centrifugal force to provide continuous, dust-free, high-capacity screening — all within a compact and hygienic design.

Our centrifugal sifters are widely used in the food, chemical, pharmaceutical, plastics, and recycling industries—delivering reliable performance even in demanding production environments.

How a Centrifugal Sifter Works

Material is fed into a cylindrical chamber equipped with a rotating paddle or screw. As the rotor spins, it pushes the product outward against a fixed mesh screen. Fine particles pass through the mesh, while oversized material is separated and discharged through a secondary outlet.

This process ensures:

  • Consistent particle size distribution
  • Reduced product contamination
  • Protection for downstream processing equipment
Key Benefits of VAAPRO Centrifugal Sifters
  • High screening efficiency and throughput
  • Dust-tight, enclosed design for a clean process
  • Quick disassembly for fast cleaning and product changeovers
  • Available in stainless steel 304 or 316L
  • Customizable mesh sizes, motor power, and inlet/outlet connections
  • Low maintenance and energy consumption
  • ATEX-compliant versions for explosive zones

Thanks to customizable mesh sizes, motor configurations, and discharge options, each centrifugal sifter can be tailored to match your exact process needs. Our models are available in stainless steel (304 or 316L), with optional ATEX certification for explosive environments. Maintenance is fast and easy, with tool-free access and easy-clean surfaces.

We offer multiple configurations to integrate seamlessly with your existing production line—whether you need horizontal or vertical installation, batch or continuous processing.
